Building upon the success of creating and implementing a positive safety culture within our own organisation, we have expanded this ethos across our partner providers (both NHS and the independent sector).  We have helped them to facilitate enhanced safety measures in order to ensure that patients receive both the best possible care and a positive experience during their treatment.
